Welcome to Dayspring Cattle, Sylvan Lake, AB.  

Dayspring Cattle is located in the fertile parkland region of central Alberta. This region is generally blessed with warm summers and dependable moisture along with ample snow cover in the winter accompanied by the occasional relief of a warm chinook.

Our families have a tradition of raising beef cattle in the parkland region of central Alberta for over 80 years now.  We feel very fortunate to carry on a passionate stewardship of the land together with quality cattle at Sylvan Lake.  

At Dayspring Cattle we believe that cattle can produce a very healthy and flavourful food product while being raised in a natural, animal friendly environment. We have observed how cattle interact with the parkland environment in Alberta and select cattle that thrive here. We are proud to produce quality Gelbvieh & Gelbvieh influenced breeding bulls for predictable and efficient cattle production.
